Pitlane supply various talented event staff such as grid girls, flyering staff, hostesses, event staff and catering staff. With any assignment it is essential to ensure the staff are briefed, experienced local and aware of the purpose of your event. This summer there is a hot demand for our Brand Ambassadors. We carefully hand pick, interview and test our BA’s to ensure that they are passionate, consistent, knowledgeable and fantastic at directly interacting with the public.

In one of our recent BA requirements Pitlane supplied a team of 10 brand ambassadors to assist Audi during The Goodwood Festival of Speed. Duties included interacting with guest, serving drinks, collecting leads and liaising with delegates. As with any large booking we allocate one of your staff members to be your event manager. This person has the role of directly liaising between yourself and other team members to minimise your involvement and free up precious event time that can be spent with clients.
