“Client” means the person, firm or company requesting the services in accordance with the conditions
“Company” means Pitlane Promotion Ltd & Envisage Promotions Ltd
“Services” means the services to be provided by the talent of which are specified in writing to the company which the talent is to carry out in accordance with these conditions
“Talent” means the person(s) whose details are confirmed in writing
If you are not happy with the talent you have hired and you feel they are unable to carry out the services as detailed in your booking form you must notify the company within the first two hours of the start of their activity (for bookings less than 5 hours you must notify the company within 1 hour).
You must explain the valid reasons why you are unhappy with the talent for the companies consideration and allow the company the opportunity to resolve any issues during the period of the event. If the company are unable to resolve the issues you have raised then you must not use the talent and cancel their assignment immediately. Should you continue to use the talent to carry out your services then the guarantee is void and full payment is due to the company.
Should you fail to notify the company within the above time scales of your dissatisfaction all rights under the guarantee will be invalidated.
